The 2014 Grand Slam of Darts is being held from 8th November to 16th November in the Civic Hall, Wolverhampton.
It is a PDC event, but players from their rival organisation, the BDO, also take part in this tournament. The tournament starts with 8 groups of 4 participants, with the top 2 of each group qualifying for the knock out stages. All matches are played in straight forward (best of) legs format.
The defending champion is Phil Taylor, who beat Robert Thornton 16-6 in a one sided final.
