As is usually the case in Grand National week, the bookies are starting to offer us incentives to get us to bet with them on Saturday’s big race, and BetVictor are currently giving us two offers.
They were already offering Non Runner, Free Bet on the race, and on top of this BetVictor are now paying out on 6 each-way places (still at 1/4 the odds), which currently makes them the market front runners.
On the ‘Non Runner, Free Bet’ offer, the maximum amount of refund you can receive is £50.00 per horse, and that is up to a maximum of £100.00 per a customer – so you could do two horses at £50.00 each, or ten horses at £10.00 each, etc, etc.
If your Antepost horse does’t race, your free bet will be credited in your account by 12 noon on the day of the race. If your horse becomes a non-runner in the build up on the day of the race (doesn’t come ‘under orders’), BetVictor will still give you a refund on your selection, but you won’t receive it before the race (it will be in your account within 24 hours of the race finishing).
With such long shot horses running in the Grand National, the 6 each-way places represents magnificent value – and the fact that we are still getting 1/4 of the odds only adds to the value.
Saturday’s Grand National promises to be another spectacular race with Teaforthree the 8/1 outright favourite with BetVictor, the Irish Gelding’s nearest betting rival is currently Long Run at a general 14/1.
